Kingswood Homes (UK) Ltd was established in 2009 with a view to developing small residential projects throughout the North West of England. The company, which is privately owned, was started by Paul Jones and Stephen Heaton with the help of a private investor Alastair Salt, all of whom felt there was a gap in the market for a high quality small residential developer concentrating on redundant brown field sites and helping to regenerate local towns by providing much needed housing.
Kingswood Homes (UK) Ltd has continued to grow and has now been constructing high quality family homes in great locations throughout the North West of England over the past 5 years. We construct homes to an unrivalled level of specification compared to the large regional and national house builders including bigger rooms, integrated music systems, oak doors, solid oak worktops, underfloor heating, choices of kitchens, floor tiles, wall tiles and carpets along with fully landscaped gardens, all within the asking price.
The sites developed by Kingswood Homes include a redundant church, derelict childrens nursery, vacant primary school, former public houses and even a historic redundant reservoir which was opened up for viewing to the public in 2013 before it was demolished, having had over 20,000 people visit, along with it featuring on BBC Radio and North West Tonight programmes.
The success of Kingswood Homes has been recognised with us winning a Best Business award in 2014 for the best small – medium sized business in the Building and Construction category.
Kingswood Homes (UK) Ltd provides a first class customer service, allowing customers to individually design aspects of their own home including choosing a range of kitchens, bathrooms, tiles, and carpets along with agreeing electrical socket locations and a range of bespoke extras. The aftercare includes a full NHBC warranty along with small personal touches such as fitting curtain poles and hanging pictures. Along with its customer focussed approach Kingswood Homes (UK) Ltd also ensures it promotes a positive atmosphere for its staff, providing away days and regular social activities for its employees.
The company is proud of its success and intends to grow over the next five years into a regional house building firm constructing 150 houses a year with a turnover in excess of £25m.
