Our philosophy at Kingswood Homes is to make every area we have new homes for sale an even better place to live.
To mark our 10th anniversary year we have launched the Kingswood Homes Community Support Fund.
This fund has been set up to offer community groups close to our live developments the opportunity to apply for grants to support the work they do for local people.
Community groups active within ten miles of any of these developments are invited to apply for a grant of up to £1000 simply by telling us about the work they do and how they help the local community.
We can support registered charities, children’s sports and activity clubs, educational organisations and groups which look after and support the elderly community.
Paul Jones, Kingswood Homes managing director said: “Enhancing local communities is central to what we set out to achieve with all our new homes developments and as part of our anniversary year we want to recognise and reward the great work being done by local people.
“We look forward to seeing the fantastic community work being done close to our new sites.”
Grants will be awarded on a quarterly basis and more information can be found on the Community Support Fund page.
The Lancashire Telegraph has already covered the fund for Green Hills Blackburn. You can read the article here.
