Our commitment to you

Our Homebuyers Guide provides full details of the process of buying a house from Kingswood Homes.

From the moment you walk into a Kingswood property for the first time until we hand over the keys to your new home we will provide you with the best possible customer service.

Reservation

We will provide you with a specification and layout of your home and details of any pre-contractual information. We will also talk through our full range of options for your home which can make it even more personal to you.

Moving in

When you move in our site manager will demonstrate all the facilities and functions in the house and we will make a courtesy call to ensure you are entirely happy with your new surroundings a few days after you have moved in and answer any further queries you may have. If you are not entirely happy with your home, we will ensure any issues are resolved promptly and to your complete satisfaction.

Aftercare & Warranty

Your home will have two forms of warranty cover; a two-year Kingswood Homes warranty and the protection of the 10 year Buildmark cover from the NHBC or LABC warranty. Full details of the NHBC cover is outlined in the NHBC “Guide to Your New Home” leaflet which is provided to you prior to completion.

As soon as you move into your new home, we will provide you with full details of our Customer Care Team with contact names and telephone number. There will be a number for you to call for day time assistance (01772 281138) and a separate number for out of office hours so that you always have someone you can speak to in case of an emergency. Our customer service is second to none but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your new home or the service you have received, please contact the managing director on 01772 281138.
