Our mission when creating new homes is to enhance the local community as much as we can.
That mission goes well beyond simply bricks and mortar.
To coincide with our 10th anniversary we launched the Kingswood Homes Community Support Fund to support the great work being done by community groups in the areas we are developing.
How the fund works
We are inviting community groups which can demonstrate how they make the local area a better place to live to apply for a grant from the Kingswood Homes Community Support Fund.
If you are active within ten miles of any of our current developments you are welcome to make an application which will be considered by the Kingswood Homes board.
We welcome applications for any amount between £100 and £1,000. All you need to do is simply tell us about what you do and what it means for local people.
Each quarter (December, March, June & September) the Community Support Fund will consider applications from registered charities, educational establishments, children’s sports clubs and community activity and help groups.
To apply for a grant, simply fill in the form below or email email@example.com ensuring you give as much detail as possible about what you do and how the grant would be used if successful.

Grants will be awarded throughout the year and applicants must be a registered charity, educational establishment or children’s sports or activities club active within ten miles of our current live sites
As each application will be judged on its merits it is advisable not to simply apply for the maximum amount without strong justification.
By applying to the Fund you give permission to Kingswood Homes to mention and use photographs of your organisation and use the details of the funding requested in all Kingswood Homes marketing, including the Kingswood Homes website, social media, advertising, email marketing and the local media.
