The Rufford 5 is inspired by Georgian architecture and like the rest of our Homestead house types, the Rufford 5 features high ceilings, Georgian windows and optional coving detail.

To the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with a handy storage cupboard. Head through to the heart of this home, the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner/living space which benefits from bi-fold doors opening onto the rear turfed garden. There is also a set of patio doors leading from the living space. Off the kitchen there is a downstairs WC/Utility room. To the front of the home you will find the office/play room so whether you’re working from home or want somewhere to hide the children’s toys- the Rufford 5 has it all.

This home has a wide range of floor plans to choose from.
