Don’t Miss Our Hatherleigh Show Homes Opening

We are opening the doors to our two new show homes at The Market Quarter, Hatherleigh on Saturday 29th August.

There has already been a great deal of interest in this exciting new development and a number of our new homes have already been reserved off-plan.

We are now taking appointments for anyone who wants to look around our show homes and to speak with our sales consultants in the new sales centre.

The two show homes will be the three bedroom Barracott and the four-bedroom Shelstone housetypes.

All of our homes at The Market Quarter have been carefully designed to complement the traditional external style of housing in Hatherleigh but offer families everything they need internally for contemporary living.

Sarah Temmen, area sales manager for Kingswood Homes, said: “There is a huge amount of interest in this development and we are looking forward to welcoming the first visitors into the sales centre and through the doors of our beautiful new show homes over the Bank Holiday weekend.

“Visiting the show homes will demonstrate the exceptional build quality and great specifications of a Kingswood home and really give buyers a feel for the overall scheme.

“The Market Quarter at Hatherleigh is located close to the heart of this traditional Devon market town, meaning a wide range of shops and facilities for day-to-day living are on the doorstep.

“Hatherleigh’s location, close to the stunning Dartmoor National Park, is also well located for commuters travelling to the larger cities such as Exeter and Plymouth.

“We can also offer our Shape Your Home initiative on certain plots, meaning you can change the internal layout of the property to meet your individual needs and make it the perfect home in every way.”

Prices of new homes at The Market Quarter at Hatherleigh start from £225,000 with Help to Buy available and significant savings to be made from the temporary Stamp Duty ‘holiday’.
