As first-time buyers relocating from Plymouth, the couple prioritised finding a home that would require minimal maintenance. “We liked the idea of having everything brand new and having a warranty for peace of mind,” explains Jigar. “We didn’t want the stress of renovating.”
While exploring options in the Blackburn area, they compared homes from different builders. “It was a smooth move,” Suchi reflects on their buying journey. “Donna, the Sales Consultant, was very helpful with every question and query we had.” The couple also praised the site team’s responsiveness, noting that the Site Managers were extremely helpful with assisting them with anything they needed.
“We wanted a house where we could stay forever,” says Jigar, explaining that as a doctor, he knew he could find work anywhere, but finding the right home was their priority.
