The Lancashire-based housebuilder has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, with over 96% of homeowners confirming they would recommend Kingswood to a friend. This marks the second time Kingswood has achieved the highest rating of any housebuilder in the North West, having previously earned this distinction in 2024.
The HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey, established in 2006, awards homebuilders with a ‘Star Rating’ based on responses to the key question ‘would you recommend your builder to a friend?’ collected over a 12-month period. The coveted five-star rating is only awarded when more than 90% of customers would recommend the builder. The survey now also includes the answers relating to service after completion and build quality, not just if the customer would recommend their builder to a friend.
