Work has now begun on the first phase of the development that will eventually bring 102 new homes to the town including much needed bungalows and purpose-built apartments as well as contemporary family homes.
The weekly market is part of Hatherleigh’s history and we are also building a brand new covered pavilion and new market square as part of this £20m development.
And we have committed to ensuring that while construction goes on the weekly pannier market will continue without a break until the new facility opens.
We plan to launch sales on site in spring with the first homes complete and ready for new owners by the Summer.
It is Kingswood’s second site in the South West and follows the successful completion of our Orchard View development in Newton St Cyres, Exeter where all 25 properties are now complete and occupied.
