A NEW phase of homes at the award-winning Green Hills development in Feniscowles, Blackburn will soon be under construction.
It comes as Kingswood Homes prepares to welcome the 125th homeowners to the popular development.
Phase 4a of Green Hills will feature 20 homes, to be built across 1.12 acres over the course of the next 12 months. As with previous phases, the homes have been designed by HemingwayDesign. HemingWayDesign was co-founded by Blackburn raised Wayne Hemingway MBE.
Among the properties under construction is a three-bedroom home being gifted to Derian House Children’s Hospice in the Great Big House Giveaway.
