Getting a mortgage can feel very overwhelming whether you are a first time buyer, a side steppe or a downsizer! You may not know all the options available to you and that’s why we have created this handy guide answering some of the frequently asked questions.

We want to make your move into your new home as smooth as possible, even if you have a property to sell. With assisted move, we will organise an independent valuation of your current home, arrange high-quality photography and once we have agreed a sale price, we’ll instruct one of our trusted partners to market the home for sale. We’ll even contribute to the cost of the agent’s fees. We aim to sell customers’ existing homes within six to eight weeks.
