BEING PART OF A HAPPY, CARING COMMUNITY
Ryan and Charlotte Gardiner moved in to Green Hills with their three-year-old daughter Libby in August 2020.
They describe their spacious Byre B as the home of their dreams and plan on staying for many years.
Ryan, who works in IT, said: “I am rubbish at DIY so knew we wanted a new build! Plus they are much more energy efficient and cheaper to run. We looked at quite a few developments but really liked the openness of Green Hills and loved The Byre B as soon as we walked in.
“I love cooking so the big kitchen / diner is perfect. We opted to have an island so we can chat and cook and it’s still big enough to fit a 12-seater dining table and an L-shape sofa
“In fact, all the rooms in the house are noticeably spacious. There are no small rooms. The hall is also really wide so makes the house feel grand and means there is plenty of room for a pram as well as coats and boots.”
For the family, the community spirit and friendship on Green Hills is just as important as the house itself.
Ryan said: “I spent the first 30 year of my life in Feniscowles so actually already know people living here and I’ve recommended it to several friends. It is good to be part of a community where people look out for each other and take a pride in their surroundings.”
