They bought a Kingswood Homes property at Green Hills in Feniscowles which is the area Lucie grew up in.
“After relocating to Leeds for work 10 years ago, it wasn’t until we had our son Isaac during lockdown that we realised how important it was to be closer to family and friends,” said PR director Lucie.
The couple looked at homes across Lancashire but say it was the customer service and house layouts that persuaded them to buy with Kingswood.
“At other developments, we found that some sales advisors almost put barriers up for us to buy but Angela and Kerry at Green Hills were so accommodating. Our experience with them really sealed the deal,” continued Lucie.
They chose a four-bedroom detached Byre 4 and used the housebuilder’s Shape Your Home concept to give themselves a larger bedroom and a dressing area.

“As soon as you go onto Green Hills you notice so many things. One thing being the incredible views the development has as well as how spacious it is. The homes aren’t built on top of each other and there are lots of green areas,” said Lucie.
The couple have fond memories of growing up in Lancashire and are thrilled that Isaac will now get that same experience.
