RECENTLY promoted site manager Ryan Corlett has achieved two prestigious industry accolades for his role as site manager on a Lancashire development.
Ryan, 27, a joiner by trade, has received a Seal of Excellence and won a Regional Award in the Medium Builder category at the National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job awards.
His work at Kingswood’s prestigious Elswick development, The Hawthorns, has been recognised after leading at team of up to 60 people creating 50 houses in the picturesque village.
Ryan, who was judged on all aspects of build and site management, will now go forward to compete in the Supreme Award in the national finals.
Said Ryan: “When a customer buys a home at our site, it gives them confidence to know we value good workmanship and we pay attention to detail.
“The team at Elswick provided exceptional levels of workmanship and I cannot fault the support from them and management.
“I know we have an exceptional product too but I was absolutely delighted to achieve the Seal of Excellence and the Regional Award so early in my new role.”
Ryan, who lives in Bury with his partner and baby daughter, has been selected to manage a Kingswood development in Blackburn as the site in Elswick draws to a close, with 43 residents already moved in and just two homes left to sell.
The development was hugely popular thanks to a choice of homes which complement the local area, offering a blend of rural and city living on its doorstep.
