NEW HODDLESDEN HOMES TICK BOXES FOR BUYERS

KINGSWOOD’S Spinners Brook in the village of Hoddlesden has recently launched but is already a hit with local house hunters.

During a launch event held in Hoddlesden village, visitors commented on how the homes fit the bill when it comes to offering attractive homes in a great location.

House hunters also enjoyed learning about Kingswood’s industry-leading concept Shape Your Home. The process that allows customers to select from a range of internal floor plans to create a home that’s built around the way they really live.

Lesley Myers, sales director at Kingswood Homes said: “It’s always exciting to launch a new development but when one is met with such positive feedback, it makes it all worthwhile. Hoddlesden is a stunning area to live in and many of our interested customers are from the local area or so the homes will definitely be in demand.”

At Spinners Brook, the award-winning house styles will range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family homes. The 7.2 acre site, named fittingly after the former Vernon Carus Mill on which the site sits, will offer 79 new homes including the rare chance to own a brand new bungalow.

Externally, the design of the homes, from Kingswood’s Farmstead Range, draws upon the area’s social and industrial history, inspired by the rural vernacular and will offer stunning countryside views.

Hoddlesden has a village shop/deli and a local pub on the village green and is ideally situated close to the M65 and the M6, with easy access to Blackburn, Preston and Manchester.

A sales office is planned to open on site in February 2023 and will include a VR house where visitors can experience a 360-degree virtual tour offering the ability to “explore” the development and “look” inside homes and gardens before they’re even built alongside a fully furnished show home.
