Primary school teacher Bex said: “Our previous home was so full of character, we loved it but if we wanted to extend it, it would have been a huge job and with a small child we just didn’t think it was a good idea.”
To save themselves the hassle of renovating, the couple chose to look at new build options.
“There are quite a few developers building in the area and we looked at them all but Kingswood Homes stood out by a mile. We fell in love with the Heskin 4 as despite being a new build the rooms weren’t boxy, they had gorgeous large windows and high ceilings like our previous home with added modern details like bi-fold doors,” continued Bex.
The couple also noted that Kingswood Homes include a much higher specification compared to other new builds.
Bex added: “In all honesty, I was worried about how we were going to afford all of the added extras, but with integrated appliances and tiled areas as standard Kingswood took all our worries away, not to forget the wine cooler which is a lovely added touch.”
Bex, Scott and two-year-old Dottie are one of the first families to move into their home at Kingswood’s Homestead Collection, off Broken Stone Road.
“Kingswood have gone above and beyond for us. People may not like the idea of moving in at the early stages of a development, but we love seeing our new neighbourhood take shape,” Bex said.
Kingswood’s Homestead Collection, including three show homes, is open seven days a week from 10am-5pm. To find out more visit their website: https://kingswoodhomes.uk.com/developments/greenhills-the-homestead-collection/#properties
