With Ben and Jason’s success, every Kingswood Homes site manager is now a Pride in the Job award winner, underscoring the company’s commitment to outstanding quality on site.
The award wins follow further recognition for Kingswood Homes, which recently achieved 5 star status from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the fifth consecutive year, alongside being named Best in the North West for customer satisfaction.
“Pride in the Job is one of the most respected accolades in our industry, and it is a huge achievement to have two Kingswood Homes site managers recognised as winners in 2026,” said Stuart Bullough, Construction Director at Kingswood Homes. “Ben and Jason set the standard for what great housebuilding looks like, from the way they manage their sites day-to-day to the quality of the finished homes. We’re incredibly proud of them and the teams they lead.”
Ben and Jason were selected for their commitment to delivering homes of outstanding quality and for leading their teams with a strong focus on health and safety, customer care and pride in workmanship.
Ben, who manages the Horden Meadow phase at Green Hills, said: “I’m really proud to receive my first Pride in the Job award on my first site as Site Manager. It’s a reflection of the whole team’s hard work and the care everyone puts into building homes we can all be proud of.”
Kingswood is currently building homes at Green Hills in Feniscowles and Spinners Brook in Hoddlesden, with their new development in Whittle-le-Woods due to commence later this year.
