Azaria, 28, explains: “We thought we had one more, big trip in us but this year has changed everything. We stayed home, we got a dog, Max, we liked being settled and were thinking of buying a property next year when we had saved a bit more money.
“But then we came to look at The Market Quarter and we both just loved it. There is just something about it that makes it stand out from every other new build development and we did not want to miss out.”
The couple opted for a two-bedroom bungalow and moved in just before Christmas.
Azaria said: “It was not the obvious choice but we liked the lay-out plus it has a wonderful back garden for Max. We also think it will be a good long-term investment as not many developers build bungalows of this quality.
“Everything fell into place for us and we feel so incredibly lucky. Everyone at Kingswood has been amazing and the whole process has been a dream.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our first Christmas and starting a new year in our own home feels absolutely right. We feel we have found our place and we are looking forward to getting to know the town properly and settling down here.”
