Every home we build has a high specification. We fit a Ring doorbell so you can see and speak to people at your front door without leaving the sofa and we include a Nest heating system that will boost your Smart Home credentials and adjusts energy usage accordingly, so you only use what you need.
In the kitchen, you can choose from a selection of cupboard door fronts and laminate worktops and floor tiles. Kitchens come with a chrome sink and drainer, downlighters and under cabinet lighting. Every home has AEG appliances including a five-ring gas hob, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
In the bathrooms and ensuite 1 we include chrome heated towel rails, chrome down lights and a selection of wall and floor tiles.
Externally, we turf all rear gardens, include a rear light and outside tap, plus we fit a light and plug socket in the garage. We also include a 7.2KW electric car charger.
In our four, five and six-bedroom homes, kitchens come with wine coolers, integrated microwaves and a USB socket.
In the five and six-bedroom homes we also include a kitchen islands. Our largest homes, the Ribchester 6 and Farmhouse 6 have a selection of granite worktops to choose from plus chrome sockets.
Customers can also choose from a wide range of personalisations including kitchen styles, dressing areas with fitted wardrobes, additional tiling and options for interior doors.
