1. General
1.1 Vouchers may include, but are not limited to:
- Monetary credit towards extras, upgrades, or add-ons
- Gift vouchers for third-party shops or services
- Credit redeemable against specified products or services
- Promotional incentive vouchers of any type
1.2 All vouchers are discretionary promotional incentives and hold no cash value unless explicitly stated in writing.
1.3 Vouchers are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
2. Maximum Value
2.1 The maximum value of any voucher incentive is agreed and confirmed at the date of reservation.
2.2 No increase in voucher value will apply after the reservation date, regardless of:
- Subsequent booking amendments
- Additional services added later
- Price increases
- Changes to promotional offers
2.3 The agreed voucher value will be confirmed in writing as part of the reservation confirmation.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Vouchers are only valid in connection with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 The reservation must be completed in full in accordance with the booking terms.
3.3 If the reservation is cancelled, shortened, refunded, or materially altered, the Company reserves the right to withdraw, reduce, or cancel the voucher incentive.
4. Issue of Voucher
4.1 Vouchers will only be issued upon successful completion of the reservation or service.
4.2 “Completion” means:
- Ownership has officially transferred from seller to buyer and;
- All outstanding balances have been paid in full; and
- No breach of booking terms has occurred.
4.3 Vouchers will not be issued in advance of completion unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Redemption
5.1 Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the specific terms applicable to that voucher.
5.2 Where the voucher relates to a third-party provider (e.g., a retail shop or service provider), redemption is subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
5.3 The Company accepts no liability for:
- The goods or services provided by third-party voucher partners
- Any refusal by a third party to honour a voucher where terms have not been met
- Expiry, loss, or misuse of vouchers once issued
6. Expiry
6.1 Vouchers may have an expiry date, which will be specified at the time of issue.
6.2 Expired vouchers cannot be extended, replaced, or redeemed unless required by law.
7. Non-Exchangeable
7.1 Vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be refunded
- Cannot be applied retrospectively to completed bookings
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated
8. Right to Amend or Withdraw
8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw voucher promotions at any time prior to reservation confirmation.
8.2 Confirmed reservations will honour the voucher value agreed at the reservation date, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Fraud or Misuse
9.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel any voucher where fraud, misuse, or breach of terms is suspected.
9.2 Any attempt to manipulate eligibility may result in cancellation of both the voucher and, where applicable, the reservation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
